The last challenge of 2023 is now here. Calling all my lovely ladies that struggle to put on weight/muscle mass/building your glutes and quads. This challenge is guaranteed for you. It’s just something about fitting perfectly in our fav pair of jeans or dress and having that feeling of being nice and toned in whatever you wear. I have mastered the game at putting on good weight/muscle that go in all the right places us women love. In this challenge we focus on getting good gains through a high-protein diet according to your weight, as well as glute & quad growth. - 4 workout days per week during the 45 day challenge
- All workouts will have video demonstrations with voice overs
- Easy to follow Glute & quad focused workouts while also implementing easy ab workouts in between
- Grocery list / meal ideas for putting on good weight that improve muscle growth
- Stretch video demos
- Dumbbells are required for best results
- Recommend resistance bands but not necessary
